Most Copilot rollouts stall at the announcement email.

Train your Champions
Deep training for selected Champions. Copilot at full depth, Copilot Studio basics, Power Platform fundamentals, and the peer-support skills they'll need to be the first line of help inside your organization. Customer-specific training sessions are recorded and landed in NOVO's AI LMS for future reference, new-hire onboarding, and ongoing skill-building.

Phase 3
Train your end users
Broader workforce training adapted to actual license posture. Free-Copilot users learn to leverage what they have — and there's more available than most people realize. Paid-Copilot users go deeper into M365 application integration and advanced prompting. Sessions recorded and landed in the LMS for ongoing reference.

Phase 4
Equip the change
Adoption methodology delivered to your team. Guide delivers the project-based education and enablement. Compass Command operates the recurring program — ongoing Champions community stewardship, AI LMS curation, new-hire onboarding flow, and continuous adoption monitoring. Many customers run Guide first and graduate to Command once the program needs ongoing operational support.
