Why Guide

Most Copilot rollouts stall at the announcement email.

Champion identification: criteria, candidate vetting, and selection support so the right people end up in the right seats. End-user population definition. Adoption methodology design tailored to your organization.

  2. Phase 2

    Train your Champions

    Deep training for selected Champions. Copilot at full depth, Copilot Studio basics, Power Platform fundamentals, and the peer-support skills they'll need to be the first line of help inside your organization. Customer-specific training sessions are recorded and landed in NOVO's AI LMS for future reference, new-hire onboarding, and ongoing skill-building.

  3. Phase 3

    Train your end users

    Broader workforce training adapted to actual license posture. Free-Copilot users learn to leverage what they have — and there's more available than most people realize. Paid-Copilot users go deeper into M365 application integration and advanced prompting. Sessions recorded and landed in the LMS for ongoing reference.

  4. Phase 4

    Equip the change

    Adoption methodology delivered to your team. Communication templates for the rollout, success metrics that actually correlate with productivity, and the Champions handoff to internal community ownership. After Guide closes, your customer either runs the Champions community internally or graduates to Compass Command for ongoing program stewardship.

Guide delivers the project-based education and enablement. Compass Command operates the recurring program — ongoing Champions community stewardship, AI LMS curation, new-hire onboarding flow, and continuous adoption monitoring. Many customers run Guide first and graduate to Command once the program needs ongoing operational support.
